Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada).
Familiar with Seller Center tools and basic analytics.
Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) – an advantage.
Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of our TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada stores.
Create, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, keywords).
Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service ratings.
Execute promotions (flash sales, vouchers, bundle deals).
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.
Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly reports.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and policies.
