Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada).

  • Familiar with Seller Center tools and basic analytics.

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva / Photoshop) – an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of our TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada stores.

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, keywords).

  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service ratings.

  • Execute promotions (flash sales, vouchers, bundle deals).

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams.

  • Analyze sales performance and prepare weekly reports.

  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and policies.
