Handle clients’ inquiries and provide professional assistance.

Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documents.

Monitor document dispatch and receipt.

Record document flow and maintain proper filing systems.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide after-sales support when necessary.
