Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within SME or property-related industries
Strong knowledge of full-spectrum HR operations, payroll processes, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management and HR administration
Experience managing recruitment and workforce planning
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
Oversee full-spectrum HR & Admin operations, including employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance matters
Manage end-to-end recruitment and work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and onboarding
Coordinate performance management, employee development, and training initiatives
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance in line with labour regulations
Support compensation & benefits administration, including salary review, employee benefits, and HR reporting
Organize employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events
Monitor HR and administration budgets, manpower costs, and related expenditures
Partner with management on HR strategies, organizational development, and workforce planning
Lead and support the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations
