Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field preferred.

Preferably 1-3 Years’ Experience in E-Commerce, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or similar fields.

Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Good Excel SkillsandBusiness Logic.

Strong Communication Skills required; ability to speak English is a must, Mandarin is an advantage.

Perform all administrative operations and checks for assigned Brands.

Developing a Solid and Trusting Relationship with Key Brands under our portfolio.

Resolving Key Client Daily Operations & Orders Processing on major E-Commerce Platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

Monitor Store Performance, Sales Trends, and Key Metrics to optimize Product Listings, Pricing, and Promotions.

Conduct Competitor Analysis and Market Research to stay ahead of Industry Trends.

Prepare Regular Reports on Sales Performance, Campaign Effectiveness, and Account Growth to plan strategically and execute improvements in Client’s E-Commerce Results.

Managing Communications between Key Clients, E-Commerce Platforms, and Internal Teams to ensure seamless operations.

Planning and Presenting Reports on Account Progress, Goals, and Quarterly Initiatives to share with Team Members, Stakeholders, and for potential use in Future Case Studies or Company Training.

Working and Reporting during Campaign and After-Hours Period.
