Job Description

Requirements

  • Interested in e-commerce field

  • Able to upload and refine product listings

  • Detail-oriented and careful with product information, price and SKU

  • Able to work independently and follow deadlines

  • Able to use Canva and CapCut

  • Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

  • Able to write or edit product titles, descriptions and keywords

  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

  • Bonus if experienced in Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop

  • Able to handle admin ad-hoc tasks

  • Good attitude and willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Upload products to e-commerce platforms

  • Update product title, description, images, price, stock and variations

  • Improve listing quality and product presentation

  • Assist in promotion, campaign and bundle setup

  • Check competitor listings and suggest improvements

  • Support daily e-commerce admin work
