Lead, train, schedule, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.

Monitor sales performance, labour costs, food costs, and operating expenses.

Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.

Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.

Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Foster a positive team culture and maintain high staff morale and productivity.
