• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or social media management.

• Familiar with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, or design-related software is an advantage.

• Able to communicate clearly in English and Mandarin to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Creative, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Good organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or branding-related industries is an advantage.

Social Media & Content Management

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns, promotions, seasonal activities, and brand awareness initiatives.

Digital Advertising

• Manage and optimise Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to improve brand visibility, engagement, and sales performance.

Website & E-Commerce Support

• Update website banners, product listings, promotional content, and ensure smooth website presentation and customer experience.

Branding & Creative Coordination

• Work closely with designers and internal teams to ensure marketing materials align with the company’s branding and campaign direction.

Customer Engagement & Market Research

• Respond to customer enquiries on digital platforms, monitor market trends, and analyse competitors to support marketing strategies.

Project & Timeline Management

• Coordinate multiple marketing tasks and campaigns while ensuring timely execution and consistency across all channels.
