Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
Able to commit for at least 3-6 months.
Strong communication skills, good time management, a positive mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
Computer savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, Words, etc.).
Willing to based at Wisma Dancom, PJ (Rapid KL accessible and Grab-friendly. Free PJ CityBus available, close to LRT Paramount.)

Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end processing of supplier invoices and payments in compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure systematic filing of financial documents.
Perform reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Execute monthly bank reconciliations to support financial accuracy and reporting.
Oversee staff expense claims, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and timely reimbursement.
Manage customer invoicing and collections, and prepare monthly accounts receivable ageing reports for management review.
Assist in the preparation of documentation and schedules required for annual external audits and corporate tax filings.
