Requirements
Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for food and dining experiences.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work on weekends and evenings when events are held.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute weekly in-restaurant events (themed nights, tastings, seasonal promos) aligned with the deli and western dining concept, covering full setup, staff briefing, and day-of operations.
Develop event proposals, timelines, run-of-show documents, and post-event reports; maintain an event calendar with at least 1-2 weeks advance communication.
Promote events across social media, WhatsApp, flyers, and in-store materials; draft all content and capture photo/video during events.
Source and coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for pricing, contracts, and event-specific ingredients under management approval.
Manage RSVPs, registrations, and walk-in guests; engage attendees on-site and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
Track event budgets, expenses, attendance, and revenue impact; submit reports and use data insights to propose future improvements.
