Requirements
Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Admin, or related field.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Able to support daily operations, reports, schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
Professional, well-groomed, discreet, and service-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good command of English. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations Oversight
Monitor daily operations across:
hotel / short term rental units
front office / guest handling
housekeeping
maintenance / QC
Ensure all operations are running according to company require standards
Identify operational issues and ensure immediate action is taken
Track daily operational performance and report to Superior
2. Issue Management & Resolution
Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues, work closely with respective building PIC to solve the building
Handle issues such as:
guest complaints
unit defects / maintenance issues
service failures
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues quickly
Ensure issues are fully resolved and not repeated
3. Cross-Department Coordination (Operations)
Coordinate between:
operations team
marketing
IT
Account
Business Development
Ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks
Follow up closely on unresolved operational matters
4. Task Tracking & Follow-Up
Maintain daily task tracker for operational activities
Ensure all tasks assigned by Director are completed
Follow up persistently with teams to avoid delays
Ensure no task is left unattended
5. Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & Compliance
Ensure teams follow company SOPs and operational standards
Monitor service quality and consistency across all units
Identify gaps in operations and suggest improvements
Assist in implementing and improving SOPs
6. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for:
maintenance work
equipment servicing
operational support services
Ensure vendors deliver work on time and meet quality standards
Follow up on ongoing service and maintenance issues
7. Property & Facility Management Support
Oversee unit readiness:
cleanliness
maintenance condition
operational setup
Ensure all units are ready for guest check-in
Coordinate repair, replacement, and maintenance work
8. Reporting & Operational Updates
Prepare daily / weekly operational reports for Director
Highlight:
ongoing issues
recurring problems
operational risks
Provide clear updates on status and resolution progress
9. Operational Improvement Initiatives
Identify inefficiencies in operations
Propose improvements to:
workflow
service quality
response time
Support implementation of operational improvement initiatives
