Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engenerring, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.

Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with designers and site supervisors.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Assist senior quantity surveyors in preparing tender and contract documents.

Help in the measurement and valuation of variations and interim payments.

Support the cost control process by tracking project expenses against budget.

Learn and apply claims management procedures under supervision.

Maintain accurate records of project costs and contractual documentation.

Collaborate with project teams and design teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Proficiency in basic cost control, budget management, and an eagerness to learn claims management.
