Requirements
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility for Kuala Lumpur International Hotel (KLIH).
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Oversee the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.
Manage the hotel's brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Implement and manage a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to nurture leads, build customer loyalty, and drive repeat business.
Develop and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Collaborate with other hotel departments, including operations and F&B, to ensure a seamless guest experience and achieve overall business objectives.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agents, corporate clients, and industry partners.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, marketing, and revenue, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Leverage digital marketing expertise to enhance online presence, drive website traffic, and optimize online booking conversion rates.
Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new services or expansion opportunities.
Manage public relations activities, including media outreach and crisis communication.
Ensure fluency and effective communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia for all sales and marketing initiatives and team interactions.

Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and local businesses, to secure group bookings and foster long-term partnerships.
Implement and leverage CRM systems to manage customer data, personalize guest experiences, and drive loyalty programs, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate closely with the Operations and Revenue Management teams to ensure alignment on pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management, maximizing occupancy and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
