About Us:
We’re hiring Mandarin Customer Service Specialists. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and system support.

Job Requirements:
SPM Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Diploma or above (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin (Traditional Mandarin)
Fluent in English at B1 level or above
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Able to work night shifts and rotational schedules
Available to start in Jun or July
Responsibilities
Working Hours & Salary:
5 working days per week, 2 days off on weekends
24/7 rotating shift schedule
Work location: KL Sentral、Cyberjaya 、Subang Jaya、PJ Area
Salary & Benefits:
Base salary: RM4,000
Additional monthly KPI allowances and other allowances
Final salary will be determined based on interview performance, education, and work experience
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, email, and live chat.
Provide professional support and solutions based on customer needs.
Follow up and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Update customer information and interaction records in the system.
Ensure excellent customer service while meeting company standards and KPIs.
