Requirements
Motivated and sales driven personality
Minimum diploma in sales , marketing, business administration or anything relevant
Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or customer service roles
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English languages. (Mandarin is a bonus)
Basic computer skills Microsoft Office & social media apps ( Whatsapp, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok
etc ..)
Comfortable working shifts, nights & weekends
Responsible , disciplined and a fast learner
Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth for the dental clinic.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
Manage and nurture customer relationships through effective communication and CRM tools, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Generate and qualify leads, converting them into loyal patients through persuasive sales techniques and follow-up.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders, highlighting the clinic's unique value proposition.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns across various channels.
Negotiate service packages and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Maintain a deep understanding of dental services and treatments to effectively communicate benefits to prospective patients.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Help ensure smooth daily clinic operations and patient satisfaction
