Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Structural Engineering, Building, Marketing/ Business or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related industry building/construction is required
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work well with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in sales or project coordination (especially in construction/engineering) will be an added advantage.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Responsibilities
Coordinate site visits, line walks, and assist in preparing quotations/proposals.
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Support project planning by monitoring resources, costs, and timelines.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
Build strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support to the sales team.
