Requirements
Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory auditing.
Familiar with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
No minimum education required.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s inventory management system.
Monitor and control all incoming and outgoing stock movements.
Ensure accurate stock records and inventory updates in the system.
Coordinate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams regarding stock availability.
Conduct regular stock counts and periodic stock take activities.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Prepare inventory and warehouse operation reports.
Organize and maintain proper warehouse documentation.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company procedures and standards.
Support daily operational and administrative tasks related to warehouse management.
