Requirements

Minimum 5 years of working experience in CIDB material inspection, certification, or factory audit.

Strong understanding of CIDB, SIRIM, IKRAM, and CREAM inspection systems and technical requirements.

Practical hands-on experience in preparing and submitting COA and CIDB applications.

Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Experience in consulting firms or handling cross-border industrial projects is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate all processes related to CIDB material inspection, COA certification, and factory audit (audit kilang).

Liaise with CIDB, SIRIM, IKRAM, and CREAM for inspection, testing, and certification matters.

Manage documentation, testing reports, and compliance submissions for clients’ projects.

Assist client companies (mainly manufacturers and contractors) to prepare technical documents and ensure compliance with CIDB standards.

Coordinate on-site inspections, audit arrangements, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.

Keep updated with CIDB regulations, certification policies, and communicate updates internally and to clients.
