Job Description

Requirements

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing product questions, order issues, and general support needs.

  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly in the system.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on de-escalation and finding satisfactory solutions, aiming to maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and a positive customer journey.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Famoushub's products, services, and promotional activities to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base articles to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

  • Handle customer feedback and reviews, escalating critical issues to management and identifying trends for service improvement.

  • Assist with managing customer feedback and reviews, ensuring a positive online reputation for Famoushub.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from purchase to delivery.

  • Stay updated on ecommerce trends and best practices to enhance the customer service experience.
