Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online platforms and live chat systems.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Willing to work rotating midnight shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AMand2:00 AM – 10:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.

  • Interest in online gaming and understanding of gaming platforms is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to players via live chat, email, and ticketing systems.

  • Handle player inquiries, account-related issues, game-related concerns, and technical support requests.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Monitor player activities and report suspicious behavior, bugs, or violations of platform policies.

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments such as Technical Support, Operations, or Risk Management.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Deliver excellent customer service to enhance player satisfaction and retention.

Working Hours:

  • Rotating midnight shifts:

    • 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

    • 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules as assigned.
