Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
Ability to speak and understand English fluently; additional languages are an asset.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
