We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Business Trainer or speaker to deliver, and enhance financial training programs for internal teams and business units.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate financial management, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts into practical, actionable knowledge for non-finance and finance staff.

This role plays a key part in strengthening financial literacy, improving internal processes, and supporting the company’s long-term financial capability and operational excellence.

You will work closely with the team and senior leadership team to identify training needs, develop structured learning modules, and ensure all employees are aligned with financial best practices and compliance standards.

Training Development & Delivery

• Design and deliver finance-related training programs for customers

• Conduct onboarding training

• Simplify complex financial concepts into practical business understanding

Financial Knowledge Support

• Provide guidance on financial processes, internal controls, and best practices

• Train teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning fundamentals

• Support departments in understanding financial reports and KPIs

Collaboration & Development

• Work closely with Finance Manager and the leadership team to identify training needs

• Support continuous improvement of financial systems and processes
