Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR operations experience, with familiarity in labour regulations across Southeast Asia.
Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and improve processes.
Proven ability to execute with a customer-centric mindset and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Experience in process excellence (e.g. six sigma) and change management.
Ability to multitask, manage projects independently, and deliver engaging presentations.
Experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members is required, language skills considered a plus due to local government reporting requirements.
Problem Solver and independence in decision-making, ability to handle high-volume work and prioritize effectively, and the capacity to think on their feet when managing escalations.
Solid hands-on experience managing the full Malaysia employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including benefits administration, grievances, escalation and other employee concerns
Should come from an onsite, In-house role rather than a shared services background.
Knowledge in tools required include Workday as the core HR system and Microsoft Office.
