Minimum Diploma, LCCI Intermediate, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

Experienced in a similar role preferably in Administrative & Accounting or related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)

Characteristic of honesty and integrity

Good communication skill in written and verbally

Detailed-oriented, problem-solving skill and able to multi-tasking

Able to work independently

Language Required are Mandarin, Malay and English

Able to start immediately is an added advantage

Perform data entry, ensure accuracy and proper accounting records

Reconcile bank statements and perform general ledger entries

Assist in preparing financial reports

Maintain proper filing system of various office records, and support other clerical matters

Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner

Perform other ad-hoc duties from time to time
