Full Time Senior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Times Management Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements:

A Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying

Preferably 8 years post graduate of working experience in QS consultancy firm or with working experience involving quantity surveying work. (Consultant / Construction)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and contract documentation.

• Prepare and evaluate interim valuations, variation orders, progress claims, and final accounts for projects.

• Review, verify, and assess contractors' claims, quotations, and payment applications.

• Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.

• Provide accurate and timely cost analysis, reporting, and recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.

• Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams on quantity surveying and contractual matters.

• Assist in tender evaluation, comparison of quotations, and procurement activities.

• Maintain proper project cost records, documentation, and filing systems.

• Support contract administration activities and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
