Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Administration, or related roles.
Familiarity with payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp).
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Process payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp).
Support employee confirmation, appraisal, promotion, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Administration
Manage office administration, procurement, and company assets.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Liaise with government authorities, vendors, and external service providers.
Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and documentation.
