Job Description

Requirements

Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Department: Operation - Customer Service

Reporting To: General Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Shamelin Business Park, KL

Salary Range: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (based on working experience)

Working day and working time: The employee shall be required to work six (6) days per week on a rotating shift schedule basis, with one (1) designated rest day per week as scheduled by the Company.

The working hours shall be arranged according to the operational requirements of the Company and may include the following shifts:

  • Morning Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Afternoon Shift: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Basic computer knowledge & fast typing

  • Responsible and detail-oriented

  • Experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred

  • Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reply customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, phone call, WeChat & other platforms

  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery status, and after-sales issues

  • Handle complaints, refunds, missing/damaged items, and delivery problems

  • Coordinate with warehouse, riders, and operations teams

  • Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports

  • Ensure good customer satisfaction and service quality
