Job Description

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM certification.

  • 3 years prior working experience responsible on F&B outlet management is required.

  • Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.

  • Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.

  • Basic computer skillset and able to use software such as, Excel, Power Point and etc.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Supervisor / Assistant Supervisor for our outlet at Coalfields Retail Park.  At CHAGEE, we believe that all outlet staff is the bloodline of the company as they are the front-liner who bring the up most services and product to satisfy the needs of all CHAGEE's customers.  Candidate is expected to understand and fulfill task relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet 

  • Expected to work at highest standard at all time to ensure outlets product and service quality.

  • Manage and to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.

  • Conduct Quality Control test and ensure beverages are prepared as per recipe provided and taste as usual.

  • Forecast and set sales target with actions in place to meet sales target set.

  • Plan and manage outlets staff force, prepare weekly work schedule and ensure sufficient staff in place to meet operational requirements.

  • Sourcing, hiring, and training of new outlets staff to meet outlet’s staffing requirement.

  • Manage outlets inventory, ensure sufficient inventory in place to meet daily sales made.

  • Manage all receipts of outlets, includes cash, card payment and e-wallet payment.  Ensure no missing payments for all sales made and safe keep cash received.

  • Manage and monitor outlets costing, including raw material costing, staff costing, and other utilities cost and expenses, ensure outlet meet profitability target set.

  • Ensure outlet operation guide is adhere to by outlet and staff at all time.

  • Ensure best customer experience provided to all outlet customers, and handle issues and complaint raised by customers adequately.

  • Monitor and maintain outlet outlook & cleanliness and equipment, arrange for necessary maintenance if needed.

  • Required to participate in operational process, including preparation of beverages, handle casher position and any other relevant task of outlets.
