Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Multimedia, Advertising, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or related fields.
Strong knowledge and passion for digital marketing, social media marketing, and digital content creation.
Proficient in Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Meta Ads, or other related digital marketing tools.
Familiar with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and other social media platforms.
Strong analytical, reporting, creative thinking, content ideation, and copywriting skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and ability to translate marketing activities into measurable outcomes.
Ability to take ownership, work independently, identify problems proactively, and recommend practical solutions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
Tanggungjawab
Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and business growth.
Manage and grow social media platforms including Meta (Facebook), Instagram, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and other relevant digital channels.
Develop content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign plans to ensure consistent brand presence.
Create engaging content, copywriting, captions, and marketing materials tailored to different target audiences.
Execute social media campaigns, promotional activities, contests, giveaways, and engagement initiatives.
Identify content trends, consumer insights, and marketing opportunities to increase audience reach and engagement.
Coordinate and participate in photo shoots, video shoots, content creation, and campaign production activities.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, ROAS, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
Conduct campaign testing and optimization to improve marketing effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights, recommendations, and improvement plans.
Maintain and update company websites, including product information, articles, media galleries, testimonials, health corner content, and company news.
Manage and respond to social media comments, messages, customer inquiries, and online reviews in a timely manner.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, and event teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Coordinate with external stakeholders including KOLs, KOCs, influencers, agencies, partners, and vendors.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve marketing performance.
Support marketing events, product launches, and other business initiatives as assigned.
