Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia

Candidates must possess at least SPM or higher.

High integrity.

Able to work well with the Branch Manager in planning effective strategies to increase branch sales.

Well-spoken, polite, and able to attract customers' attention to purchase products sold at the branch.

Contribute to the increase in kiosk and branch sales.

Customer Service: Answer inquiries and provide assistance to customers, even though DobiQueen is a self-service laundromat.

Drop Off Pick Up (DOPU) Service:

Assist customers with washing and drying their clothes.

Free Transfer Service: Transfer customers' clothes from washer to dryer.

Easy Folding Service: Fold clothes with an easy technique to prevent wrinkles for Free Transfer and DOPU services (no charge).

Folding Service: Fold clothes according to company SOP (charges apply, and employees receive commission).

Maintain branch cleanliness during working hours.

Prepare daily reports – Opening, Closing, and DobiQueen Product Sales.

Manage the Foto-Zzoom kiosk (Passport & 4R printing & photocopying).

Handle branch equipment (e.g., gas, pump) to ensure smooth operations.

Adhere to and cooperate with the Outlet Manager in managing the branch.

Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed.

Work independently in the branch, as if you are the branch owner! No issues or conflicts with other employees!

• Overtime (OT) is only required if instructed by management.
