Kelayakan

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting or a similar role.

  • Proficient in bookkeeping principles and practices.

  • Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) is essential.

  • Experience in managing a full set of accounts is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of account management principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Tanggungjawab

  • Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

  • Assist in the preparation of tax computations and filings, liaising with tax authorities as needed.

  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.

  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

  • Utilize accounting software to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.

  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing, collection of payments, and resolution of any account-related queries.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored accounting and tax solutions.
