Telesales skills, Customer Handling Skills, Technical Proficiency (CRM software) and Resilience with self-motivation.

Make outbound and drop-off calls to potential MEX using provided leads or databases.

Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to prospective customers using solid arguments.

Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Accurately record calls, sales, and prospect interactions in the provided system.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing feedback to improve products/services based on interactions.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry regulations.

Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Simplify and explain complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.
