Manage client communications and maintain strong business relationships.

Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and management.

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Support project planning, timelines, and resource coordination.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.

Stay updated on digital trends, web technologies, and business solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital solutions, business development, account management, or project coordination.

Strong understanding of websites, mobile applications, digital marketing, and software solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good project coordination and time management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Fluent in English (written and spoken) is preferred.
