Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in event planning, roadshows, or project management.

Able to work independently, lead events with minimal guidance.

Strong vendor and venue sourcing knowledge.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Creative, proactive, and solution oriented.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Develop event concepts, project plans, and timelines based on client or company objectives.

Prepare event proposals and budgets, ensuring cost control and profit targets are met.

Research and secure suitable venues, malls, and public spaces for roadshows or events.

Manage event permits, license, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Source and liaise with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and sponsors.

Negotiate contracts with booth constructors, logistics providers, AV teams, and caterers.

Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of services.

Lead on ground event setup, execution, and teardown.

Troubleshoot operational issues during events to ensure smooth execution.

Conduct post event evaluations, reporting on ROI, KPI, and lessons learned.

Handle supplier payments, event documentation, and client feedback follow up.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support events and roadshows.

Support social media content creation and digital promotion for event visibility.

Track and analyze marketing performance, engagement, and campaign ROI.

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
