Possess a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Demonstrate communication skills, in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Johor OR Penang region as required by the role.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic understanding of merchandising principles and visual display techniques is a plus.

Proactive and eager to learn about product placement, inventory management, and sales performance within the retail sector.

Must possess own transport

Need back to HQ (KL) if required

Assist in the planning and execution of in-store merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance across designated retail locations in Johor and Penang.

Support the visual merchandising team by arranging and displaying products according to company guidelines, ensuring attractive and appealing store layouts.

Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, identify replenishment needs, and ensure products are correctly priced and tagged.

Gather and report on competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform merchandising decisions.

Collaborate with sales teams to understand product performance and identify opportunities for promotional activities and displays.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise displays and stockrooms.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional events and displays within retail stores.
