Requirements

  • Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field

  • Good communication skills and positive attitude

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible working hours and willing to travel

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain office upkeeps

  • Monitor and arrange for any renewal (tenancy, contract & etc)

  • Monitor and distribute inventory/supplies/equipment

  • Arrange for maintenance, checking and distribution as per request

  • Monitor, arrange and prepare payments for bills & invoices

  • Update and prepare necessary reports & statistics
