Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions, ensuring all invoices, receipts, and payments are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and support various functions of the finance department, including cash flow management.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and collections management.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Assist with audit processes by providing supporting documentation and transaction explanations.
  • Support compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other statutory corporate requirements.
  • Perform other ad-hoc reporting and duties as assigned by management.
