• All designs, illustrations, and visual materials must be completely original. The use of AI-generation tools to produce final design outputs is strictly prohibited.

• Proficient in video editing and post-production using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, including user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, and interface optimization.

• Experienced in creating engaging marketing videos, promotional content, and social media assets.

• Skilled in graphic design for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, advertisements, landing pages, and social media creatives.

• Ability to design custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements that align with brand guidelines.

• Experienced in creating animated GIFs, motion graphics, and interactive visual content.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD/Figma) or equivalent design tools.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, social media content strategies, and performance-driven creative design.

• Experience working within the iGaming industry, including casino, sportsbook, esports, or online gaming-related content, is highly preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in iGaming marketing or performance marketing industries.

• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and interactive content creation.

• Understanding of user behavior, conversion optimization, and digital advertising best practices.

• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX design, video production, graphic design, icon design, GIF animation, and marketing campaigns.

• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for iGaming and digital marketing campaigns, including banners, landing pages, social media creatives, and promotional materials.

• Create engaging UI/UX designs for websites, web applications, and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually appealing interfaces.

• Edit and produce marketing videos, promotional videos, product demonstrations, and social media content for multiple digital channels.

• Design custom icons, illustrations, and visual elements that enhance brand identity and user engagement.

• Create animated GIFs, motion graphics, and interactive content to support marketing initiatives and product promotions.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Product, and Development teams to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns effectively.

• Ensure all creative assets are aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and industry standards.

• Optimize designs and content based on performance metrics, user feedback, and campaign results.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, UI/UX best practices, digital marketing strategies, and iGaming industry developments.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.

• Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to improve brand awareness, user engagement, and conversion performance.
