Full Time Project Engineer - Site Agent Jobs, salary up to MYR 4,500 in Gafis (M) Sdn Bhd - Maukerja

• Project Execution: Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that work aligns with project plans, blueprints, and engineering specifications. [1]
• Resource Management: Coordinate labor, allocate heavy equipment, and schedule material deliveries to prevent project delays. [1, 2]
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols (e.g., OSHA, local building codes) and maintain a hazard-free work environment. [1, 2]
• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the required standards and resolve any on-site technical issues. [1, 2]
• Cost & Contract Management: Monitor site expenses, manage subcontractor contracts, and help maximize commercial performance. [1, 2]
• Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly progress reports and communicate with project managers, clients, and design teams.

Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Typically requires a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, , accompanied by above 3 years of on-site supervisory experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong ability to read engineering drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage large teams of workers and liaise with clients.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
