Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates currently pursuing ACCA / CPA / MICPA are encouraged to apply.

Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with audit process, MPERS, and Companies Act (training provided).

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, accounting software is an advantage.

Soft Skills

Audit & Assurance

• Assist in planning and performing external audit engagements.

• Perform audit testing on financial statements, general ledgers, and supporting documents.

• Prepare working papers, audit schedules, and audit reports according to approved audit methodology.

• Assist in drafting audit findings and recommendations.

Client Engagement & Support

• Communicate with clients to gather required information and clarify audit queries.

• Maintain good working relationships with clients and provide basic accounting insights.

Teamwork & Learning

• Work closely with audit seniors and managers to complete assignments on time.
