Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the Malaysian FMCG market.

Ability to work independently and find new business opportunity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and client satisfaction.

Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
