Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in customer service, call center, healthcare, or dental clinic environments is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Language : Able to speak, read and write English and 华语 fluently (We are seeking candidates proficient in 华语 to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Customer-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Experience : 1-2 year experience in Dental Assistant

Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms in a professional and friendly manner.

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.

Provide accurate information regarding dental treatments, services, promotions, and clinic procedures.

Follow up with patients on appointment reminders and post-treatment inquiries.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management system.

Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery.

Assist in registration, billing, and payment-related inquiries when required.

Support marketing campaigns by responding to leads and converting inquiries into appointments.

Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.

To attend to all Doc enquiries, either through call-in or walk-in, WhatsApp enquiries, promptly and courteously.

Assist with administrative tasks such as entering/updating patient records

Build positive relationships to encourage repeat visits and long-term loyalty

Provide information about treatment procedures and clinic service
