Requirements
Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.
Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Physically fit and able to perform loading, unloading, and stock handling activities.
Able to operate pallet jack or forklift (forklift license is an advantage).
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
Willing to work overtime when required.
Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Organize and maintain the warehouse storage area, ensuring proper placement of goods for efficient access and safety.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, accurately selecting items based on order specifications and ensuring correct quantities.
Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move goods within the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Assist with inventory management tasks, including data entry, updating stock levels, and reporting on stock status.
Identify and report any damaged or defective goods to the supervisor promptly.
Support the receiving and dispatch teams as needed, ensuring smooth workflow within the warehouse operations.
