Responsibilities
The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate and follow up on interview status with candidates and hiring managers.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records (both hardcopy and digital).
Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and onboarding packs.
Support data entry and filing of HR-related documents.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Assist in organizing and conducting new hire orientations.
Ensure timely collection of onboarding documents and feedback.
Support the exit process for departing employees.
Employee Engagement:
Support planning and execution of employee activities, training sessions, and internal events.
Collect and compile feedback from employee engagement initiatives.
Other Ad-Hoc HR Tasks:
Participate in HR projects and process improvements.
Prepare basic HR reports when required.
