Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate pre-employment medical check-ups and onboarding activities.
Maintain recruitment records, databases, and employee documentation.
Provide administrative support for HR operations and recruitment activities.
Support ad hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the company.
