Requirements
Provide general administrative support to the office staff, including answering phones, managing mail, and directing inquiries.
Assist with organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems to ensure accurate record keeping.
Perform data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail for various departmental needs.
Support office management duties such as ordering supplies, coordinating meeting room bookings, and maintaining office tidiness.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and manage emails.
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal staff and external visitors, both verbally and in writing.
Learn and adapt to company-specific administrative procedures and software as needed.
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
