  • Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Construction Management, or related field is preferred

  • Prior experience in construction site warehouse or storekeeping is an advantage

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with basic knowledge of inventory tracking and stock control

  • Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with site teams and workers of different backgrounds

  • Able to communicate in Mandarin

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and reliable in handling construction materials

  • 具备建筑行业仓储或工地仓库管理经验者优先考虑

  • 熟练使用 Office 办公软件,具备库存记录、盘点及基本数据统计能力

  • 具备良好的沟通与协调能力,能与项目团队及不同背景的工地人员合作

  • 具备良好的语言能力,能以中文交流

  • 工作认真负责,细心谨慎,具备良好的职业操守

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for receiving, checking, and inspecting construction materials, tools, and equipment at site

  • Verify delivery orders against purchase orders and project requirements; check quantity, specifications, and quality of materials

  • Implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices to ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage

  • Manage daily operations of the site warehouse, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and orderly storage with clear access routes

  • Issue materials according to construction schedules, perform picking and dispatch, and update inventory records promptly

  • Monitor material usage to prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorized withdrawal

  • Conduct daily stock checks, monthly cycle counts, and annual stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy

  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams by providing accurate inventory and material reports

  • 负责建筑项目物料的收货、清点及验收工作,包括建筑材料、工具及设备

  • 核对送货单、采购订单及项目需求,检查物料数量、规格与质量,办理入库手续

  • 严格执行物料**先进先出(FIFO)**管理原则,确保材料合理使用、减少损耗

  • 管理项目仓库日常运作,确保仓库环境安全、整洁、有序,施工通道畅通

  • 根据施工进度安排物料配发、拣货及出库,及时更新库存系统或台账记录

  • 监督材料使用情况,防止浪费、遗失或未经授权领用

  • 执行每日库存检查、月度循环盘点及年度全面盘点,确保账、物、卡一致

  • 配合项目经理、工程师及采购部门,提供准确的库存及物料使用报告
