Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.

• Experience in food & beverage or retail industry is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food products according to company standards.

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, equipment, and workstations.

• Replenish stock and ensure sufficient supplies are available.

• Follow all operational procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Assist in opening and closing outlet operations.

• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Outlet Supervisor or Management.
