Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Passionate about the travel and tourism industry.
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Experience in the travel industry is an advantage, but not required.
Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Create customized travel itineraries tailored to clients' preferences and budgets.
Arrange and book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the travel journey.
