Requirements
Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in an Account Executive or similar client-facing sales role, preferably within the Accounting/Tax Services industry.
Demonstrated success in account management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and upselling services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of accounting and tax services to potential clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts and meet sales targets within a dynamic environment.
Willingness to work onsite in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers for the company, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collection of outstanding invoices.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Maintain and update accounting databases and systems.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Provide support for ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
